October 30 - We need to know a head count (sign up deadline) including parents for the November 21 GIS Day. (See November 21 for more information)

November 1 - Scouting for food

November 6 - sled construction

November 13 - Gear and pack discussion

November 15 - (ADULTS) "Safe Environment Training” from 10:00 to 12:00.  For adult leaders who will be working with the Boy Scouts.  Location: Saint Michel's Church in the Farther Mike Shields Center.   

November 15 and 16 - Mink Trapping campout

November 20 - travel on snow discussion and pack check for younger scouts

November 21 -  GIS Day.   October 30 is the deadline. We need a head count (sign up deadline) including parents.    For questions check out the web site www.ak-gisday.com .

November 24  - Monthly planning meeting,  7:00 to 8:00  at Saint Michaels.

Those required for attendance include SPL,  ASPL, PL, and Assistant Scout Masters.  If the PL cannot attend, then they need to have a patrol representative.

November 27 - no meeting ---Turkey day

December 4 - Final winter gear check backcountry and Avalanche safety talk.

December 6 and 7 Camping in Hatcher pass.
